In 1965, Paul and Sandra Campbell moved from Victorville to Barstow with their three children, all under the age of five, to begin their new venture: It was the beginning of C & M Fence Co. 

Paul's experience and formal training began while working for a well-established fence company in Victorville, and so he recognized the need for a fence company in Barstow. 

Paul Campbell and Jim McDaniel formed a partnership and established C & M Fence Co.

The very first fence company in Barstow! Shortly thereafter, Paul purchased Jim’s half of the company. In 1970, he acquired a prime piece of property on East Main Street, where the company has operated and built its reputation ever since.

Now, with over  six decades of success, C & M Fence Co. remains the premier fence contractor in Barstow. We have a proprietary training program that ensures every fence we install meets the same strict quality standards for which we have been recognized since the beginning. Our fences continue to withstand the test of time.

C & M Fence Co. holds two patents and has developed equipment with recognized trademarks that are widely used throughout the fence industry. Our installation methods have become the standard in Barstow.
